Lauderdale "goes out of its way" to ensure an agreeable stay; rooms with private balconies and a location "near a water taxi stop" and "a few blocks" from the beach entices many – just realize "you'll be looking at traffic" on "busy" Federal Highway while sunbathing by the outdoor pool.

Free parking and wifi, pretty outdoor pool area. centrally located, easy to drive to beaches.
No free breakfast buffet ( but there was a dennys accross the street and if you wanted to pay the all you can eat breakfast buffet for $9.95 looked good.

It is excellent for short term business and the location is very convenient to most downtown locations. There were concerns about security because the door entrance to the lobbies to rooms stays open too long after guests enter. Good breakfast, and they gave me free laundry detergent.
AC did not stay cool at all times & breakfast buffet was pricey.
Excellent for business and if you're not going to be in the room much, otherwise, it's adequate. Free parking was a plus!
